A good quality of life is represented by knowledge and awareness of issues that do not always affect us personally, but we live next door.

Oggi a Perugia from 7 June to 10 June is an event that wants us to know the gluten and celiac disease through various routes designed and organized by the agency Sedicieventi with the support of AIC-Italian Celiac Association: GLUTEN FREE FEST which aims to stimulate a broader knowledge and a constructive debate on the issue of Celiac Disease. At the same time, offered the audience the possibility of celiac disease to enjoy a food and wine event and not just, tailored to their needs for food, making known to non-celiac aspects of a "life without gluten".
