The upper part of the prospectus is made of what remains of the building of the XVI century noble family owned Gregori, that you can see the emblem in the capitals of two of the windows.

The theater was built in 1827 designed by Louis Faithful Sarnano, edited by Peter Ghinelli of Senigallia and produced by Joseph and Clementine Brizi Ferrandini. It 'was restored in 1891 and called the architect Giuseppe Piermarini. The restoration also involved part of the facade, whose lower-order with three ports was designed by Tito Buccolini. The theater was destroyed by bombing the 16 May 1944.

Accessibility

Today the building houses a bar, and is clearly accessible.
