This is one of the most significant buildings of the city on which stands a monumental altana. A richly decorated with stucco cornice shelves with floral motifs that alternate with carved metopes at seventeen as many mottos.
Between the late eighteenth and nineteenth centuries are decorated eleven of the eighteen rooms that make up the main floor, that, among other things, Majesty preserves a fifteenth (Madonna of the Milk, attributed to Andrea di Cagno). In some it is, also, documented the presence of the painter Marcello Leopardi. On the basis of a Memory autograph the decorative undertaking the building seems to be considered prior to 1787.
This is the palace where he was born Pietro Ubaldi (1886-1972), philosopher and scientist and Nobel Prize nominee for the work La Grande Sintesi and whose works are available for inspection at the Comunale Library of Foligno and at the Cultural Centre named after him, Via Santa Margherita.
The Palace is very often used as meeting space.
