His characters are derived from the current project 1724 architect Sebastiano Cipriani, which he has acted on a building constructed in the first decades of the seventeenth century, in turn the result of a reconstruction of an early sixteenth-century chapel dedicated to Our Lady. The project, only completed in 1736, has created an important testimony of the eighteenth century in Foligno. The stuccos that decorate the altar were, instead, made a decade later by Gioacchino Grampini. Works today welcomed the altars placed elsewhere or scattered. Remain to guard the vacuum structure of the biblical heroines Ester, Ruth, Judith and Zigora, niches in the four side. The nearly completed restoration has restored the original splendor of this oratory, belonging to the company of Santa Maria of the Banner, the richest and most influential of the lay confraternities of the city.
