Completed in 1270 Its façade consists of a double row of mullioned windows and , the ground floor, a covered loggia with vaulted ceilings, Brave perhaps, by the Master, il progettista del Palazzo Comunale di Spello. A majestic staircase gives access to the Theatre “Francesco Torti”, precious architectural jewel built in 1886, with three tiers of boxes and a gallery with a ceiling decorated by Mariano Piervittori.
